Welcome to the Network Communications and Economics Lab (NCEL) led by Professor Jianwei Huang.

We focus on theoretical research in the interdisciplinary area between communications, networking, artificial intelligence, and economics. Currently we focus on crowd intelligence, distributed machine learing, and distributed energy systems.

[2021-01] Jianwei Huang serves as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering (Impact Factor: 5.2, JCR Q1). 
 
[2021-01] Jianwei Huang serves as the TPC Co-Chair of IEEE ICCC 2021, to be held in Xiamen, China in July 2021. 
 
[2020-07] Jianwei Huang becomes a Distinguished Professor of Cheung Kong Scholars Program, Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE).

[2019-01] Jianwei Huang joins the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK Shenzhen) as a Presidential Chair Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Science and Engineering.
